Features of MyTrainLog

The following features will be implemented for the first version:

  • Supporting Android 1.6/2.0
  • Using internal SQL database for storing your training data
  • Export and import of data via SDCARD and XML file
  • free exercise editor - you can add as many exercises as you like, give default reps and weights to each exercise.
  • resting time will be supported via a timer
  • desing of as many workout plans as you like
  • each workout plan can have as many sets of exercises as you like
  • ech set contains of a free combination of exercises. each exercise could have different setups for reps and weights and resting time - even inside a set.
  • easy tracking of reps and weights during a workout session.
  • you get a history of each exercise from prevois workouts during your workout. So you can decide if you should try harder to reach the same goal as last time.

For the future versions:

  • Website for planning your workouts online
  • Export/Import of Workout Plans and workout sessions to the website for statistics.
  • integration of Google Calendar to plan your workout sessions
  • graphical representation of exercises
  • statistics of results for different exercises.
